These terms of service establish the rules for using the Pyralis application. By using the application, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Pyralis is a mobile application that allows users to unify their game libraries from different platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Valorant, BoardGameGeek) in one place.
3. Account Creation
You need to create an account to use Pyralis. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information. You should not share your account with others.
4. Usage Rules
When using Pyralis, you must follow these rules: • Comply with applicable laws • Respect the rights of other users • Not share misleading or harmful content • Not abuse or manipulate the application • Not send spam or unwanted messages
5. Platform Integrations
Pyralis integrates with third-party platforms (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Riot Games, BoardGameGeek). These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Pyralis is not responsible for service interruptions on these platforms.
6. Content and Copyrights
Game cover images, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective game developers and publishers. Pyralis uses this content for informational purposes only. Reviews and comments created by users are the responsibility of the users.
7. Service Changes
Pyralis reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate its services at any time without prior notice.
8. Account Suspension
Accounts that violate the terms of service may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently closed. The decision is at the discretion of Pyralis management.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pyralis is provided 'as is'. Pyralis cannot be held responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party services. Pyralis is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
The collection and processing of user data is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Pyralis, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Age Restriction
Pyralis is designed for users over 13 years of age. Users under 13 cannot use the application.
12. Intellectual Property
The Pyralis brand, logo, and application design are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from these terms. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
14. Terms Changes
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect.
